  • tips to optimize chance of admission,
  • essay brainstorming and revision,
  • timeline planning,
  • interview preparation,
  • resume development,
  • campus visit suggestions, and
  • academic and extracurricular guidance.

Pricing and fees

Unlike many of her competitors, Susanna does not charge a blanket fee for her services. She has found that student needs vary considerably from one client to the next, and that it is in the student’s best interest to take a very personalized approach. All of Susanna’s college advising services are available at the hourly rate of $150. Fees apply to sessions with clients as well as any independent revision, planning time, email correspondence, and phone conversations. Based on your particular needs, Susanna can provide you with an estimate of how may total hours may be required. While Susanna's services are not inexpensive, her hourly rate is below the national average of $160 per hour for this type of service (usually in addition to a blanket fee) and is well below the average of $300+ per hour in the New York Metropolitan area, including parts of Morris and Monmouth Counties.

LaurenI worked with another private college counselor throughout all of high school, and my parents paid him a lot of money. When it was time to do my applications senior year, however, I was basically on my own and I had no direction from the counselor. Susanna literally came to the rescue and guided me through the application process. I was accepted at my top choice!

MattWhen my friends were stressing out about college stuff, I was so much more relaxed. I had Susanna.
